Most corporate gifts are forgotten within a week. A Unit 3877 clearance arrives every month for a year, with a standout espionage hardcover each time: lasting recognition for new clients, milestones and year-end. We manage it from invitation to final delivery. Each month's book is chosen against three tests: geopolitical accuracy, institutional realism and authentic tradecraft. Every title comes with a digital intelligence briefing that explores the real world behind the novel.
Each clearance reserves a place for one recipient — yours to assign now or later. A dedicated Program Manager handles your recipient list, delivery tracking and reporting, so there's nothing for you to chase. Built on a proven nationwide fulfillment network delivering monthly across all 50 states. Recipient data is used only for program fulfillment and is never shared or sold. Invoicing and purchase order support are standard.
WHAT RECIPIENTS GET
Your recipients receive exceptional espionage fiction they're unlikely to discover on their own, each title accompanied by a briefing on the real events and tradecraft behind it. It's absorbing reading with genuine substance, and it asks nothing of them beyond claiming their gift once.

THE CADRE

What Clients Ask
Before you buy
Can we see sample content before buying?
Yes. Request a sample intelligence briefing and a preview of the recipient experience, so you can see the quality and format before you commit.
What's the difference between Field Agent and Station Chief?
Field Agent includes 12 hardcover espionage novels and 12 digital intelligence briefings, delivered monthly.
Station Chief adds two things:
A Libro.FM audiobook edition of each month's novel. Audiobooks are included only with Station Chief.
Priority recipient support, with faster responses on shipping, address and delivery questions.
Can we mix Field Agent and Station Chief in one order?
Yes. For example, Station Chief for executive clients and Field Agent for your wider team. Pricing is based on your total number of clearances across both tiers, so each tier gets the rate for your combined total. An order of 30 Station Chief and 40 Field Agent clearances (70 in total) is priced at the 50–99 rate for both: $675 and $450 per clearance.
You choose the split when you order. You can change a clearance's tier until it is assigned to a recipient.
Is there a minimum order?
Corporate programs start at 10 clearances, which includes a dedicated Program Manager and volume pricing. For fewer than 10 gifts, our team can help you set up individual subscriptions instead.
What are the payment terms?
Programs are prepaid for the full 12-month program year. We accept credit card, ACH and check, and provide a formal invoice and purchase order support for your procurement team.
We don't offer monthly or quarterly invoicing, or discounts for multi-year commitments. Each program year is priced and paid separately.
Inviting recipients
Do we need our recipients' home addresses?
No. Each recipient gets an invitation and enters their own shipping address on their personal redemption page. You only need their name and email.
Can we upload a spreadsheet of recipients?
Yes. Upload a CSV file to your secure corporate portal and your whole list is added in one step. You don't have to assign every clearance up front; you can add recipients later in the program year.
How are invitations sent, and can we time or customize them?
Choose whichever suits you:
We send them. We email each recipient their invitation, either straight away or scheduled for a date you choose, such as a holiday, anniversary or milestone. Reminders go out automatically as the claim deadline approaches.
You send them. Use the secure portal to manage invitations. If sending directly through your firm's email system, use our optional, editable PowerPoint template. Just add your logo and a personal note, or send us both and our concierge team will design it for you.
Printed invitations. Add a premium printed invitation by mail for $12 each. It arrives alongside or shortly after the email.
How long do recipients have to claim their gift?
Each group of recipients you invite has a claim deadline. We recommend 30 days from the invitation. You can give different groups different deadlines by uploading them separately. To change a deadline later, contact your Program Manager.
Any clearance not claimed by the deadline stays with you to reassign, roll over or have refunded.
Will recipients know the gift is from us?
Yes. Your organization is named in the invitation and in the emails before each delivery. The shipping label shows our fulfillment partner's name, and we tell recipients this in advance so the package isn't a surprise.
The recipient experience
How are the briefings (and audiobooks) delivered each month?
Each month's briefing arrives by email with a print-ready PDF attached, readable on desktop or mobile. Recipients can also reach past briefings in their archive by signing in with their email on our online store.
For Station Chief recipients, the same email links to that month's audiobook on Libro.fm. Audiobooks don't expire and play on iOS and Android.
What does the packaging look like?
Each hardcover ships in a protective, unbranded book mailer via USPS Media Mail, packed to keep the dust jacket in perfect condition.
Can a recipient pause or skip a month?
Yes, for up to 3 months in total. Each paused or skipped month extends that recipient's gift, so they still receive all 12 books. The first book can't be skipped. Pauses don't change your own program year.
What if a recipient moves during the year?
Recipients update their address themselves using the link in their emails; they don't need to contact us. Ten days before each book ships, we email them a reminder to check their address.
Address changes made up to five days before shipment apply to that month's book; later changes apply from the following month.
Do you ship internationally?
Hardcovers ship to U.S. addresses only. Briefings and audiobooks are available worldwide. For recipients outside the U.S., we can send their books to a U.S. office or another U.S. address you choose, or look into in-country shipping options for them.
Managing your program
Will we get reporting on our program?
Yes. Your corporate portal has a live dashboard showing which recipients have claimed their gift, which invitations are still pending, and which books are in transit or delivered.
What if a recipient leaves our company?
You decide whether they keep their remaining shipments or the gift ends. Let your Program Manager know which you'd prefer.
If you end the gift, we'll stop that recipient's remaining shipments, and your Program Manager will go through the options for the months that are left.
Who do we contact for help?
Your Program Manager for anything about your account: billing, your recipient list, deadlines, tiers and renewal at [email protected]. We're available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Central Time, and reply within one business day.
Is recipient data shared with anyone?
No. Recipient data is never sold, rented or shared for marketing; it's used only to ship books and deliver briefings, is accessible only to staff who run your program, and is deleted once it's no longer needed to fulfill orders or meet legal record-keeping requirements.
Renewal and refunds
What if a recipient never claims their gift?
Nothing goes to waste. You can reassign an unclaimed clearance to someone else at any time, carry it into your next program year, or have it refunded.
What happens when our program year ends?
Every recipient who has claimed a gift receives their full 12 months, whether or not you renew. To keep gifting without a gap, renew at least 30 days before your program year ends.
If you don't renew, any unclaimed clearances can be carried into a future program year or refunded. Clearances that recipients have already claimed can't be refunded.
